    Anhydrous Lanolin is obtained by refining wool fat. It is stable andsoluble in hydrocarbons. Due to its emollient and emulsive propertiesit is widely used in cosmetics and pharmaceutical preparations. Thisproduct produces very stable water emulsions in oil. In hairpreparations it is used to prevent dandruff, dryness and fragility. Itreplaces the natural lipids of the skin. It has an effectiveperformance in moisturizing preparations. It is also used ascrystallization inhibitor in lipsticks, as super fatting agent forsoaps, etc.
