SQAS (Safety & Quality Assessment System) is a system for assessing the performance quality, safety, environmental safety of suppliers, logistics services and distributors of chemical products in a uniform way, thanks to individual standardized assessments carried out by independent assessors using a standard questionnaire.<\/p>

GDPs define basic requirements to ensure that the storage, transport and distribution of\u00a0medicines and active substances<\/strong>\u00a0take place under controlled, traceable and documented conditions. The Guidelines on Good Distribution Practices (GDP) for medicinal products for human use, published by the European Commission initially in 1994 and significantly updated in 2013, provide an operational framework to support wholesale distributors in the compliant and responsible operation of their activities. Distribution is increasingly a complex activity, involving numerous actors along the supply chain and requiring high standards of quality, safety and traceability. REACH is the European legislation on chemicals where the acronym stands for “Registration, Evaluation and Authorisation of CHemicals”.<\/p>\n

REACH came into force on 1 June 2007 and replaces the previous legislation on chemicals in the European Union (EU). The main objective of REACH is to ensure the highest level of safety and protection for human health and the environment.<\/p>\n

Our policy is to be fully compliant with the REACH regulation and to ensure continuity of supply for all raw materials in our portfolio and the volumes supplied in previous years, working closely with suppliers and customers to this end.
