    Glyceryl stearate and PEG-100 stearate is a nonionic emulsifier,modified self-emulsifying glyceryl monostearate. It is designed as aprimary emulsifier for all types of o/w cream or lotion systems. Theviscosity of emulsions made with this product can be varied throughthe addition of bodying agents, such as glyceryl stearate and fattyalcohols. It can form stable emulsions in the presence of high levelsof electrolyte and in combination with other emulsifiers of any ionictype.
