On May 16th, at the stunning venue of Kaufleuten in Zurich, the ECSA Group received the “Best Workplaces™ Switzerland” 2023 award.

The ECSA Group was recognized in the “Large” category for companies with more than 250 employees during the gala evening celebrating the best workplaces in Switzerland.

The “Best Workplaces™ Switzerland” award is based on an anonymous survey among employees and an analysis of the company’s organizational processes conducted by the certifying body “Great Place to Work.” This organization measures and analyzes workplace quality and employee satisfaction and has been operating worldwide for over 30 years, analyzing over 7,000 companies and 12,000,000 workers.

To achieve this recognition, elements such as trust, fairness, teamwork, professional development, compensation, work-life balance, and quality of leadership are examined.

The ECSA Group is honored and proud to have received this award as a recognition of the work and commitment it has carried out for over 100 years to ensure a safe workplace for its employees.
